Who We Are
Ignatios Productions L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” “our”) builds and distributes faith-friendly games and media for Orthodox Christian families.
Our Privacy Commitment (Short Version)
We do not collect or store personal data on our own servers. We use trusted third-party providers for sign-in and payments. Those providers process limited information so our services can function, as explained below.
Sign-In / Accounts (Firebase Authentication)
We use Google Firebase Authentication to let you create an account and sign in securely. When you sign in, Firebase acts as our processor/service provider and may handle basic account information such as:
- A unique user ID (UID)
- Email address (and optionally display name or photo URL, depending on your provider)
We do not maintain our own copy of this information beyond what Firebase stores on our behalf for authentication. Firebase describes its role and protections in its privacy and security materials.

Payments (Square)
All purchases are processed by Square. Payment card details are sent directly to Square and are not received or stored by us. Square is PCI-compliant and encrypts payment information.
We receive only non-card details needed to fulfill your order (for example, a transaction ID and product info).

What We Don’t Collect
- No storage of payment card numbers or bank details (handled by Square).
- No sale or sharing of personal data for advertising.
- No creation of advertising profiles.
What We May See
To operate your library and entitlements (what you own), we may see or store non-sensitive product metadata (e.g., which titles your account can access). This does not include payment card data.
Children’s Privacy
Our content is family-friendly. Accounts should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Cookies & Local Storage
Firebase may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Access, Deletion, and Data Requests
You can request deletion of your account or data we control (like product entitlements). Because authentication and payments are processed by Firebase and Square, some requests must be made with those providers directly through their portals or help centers.
International Transfers
Your account and payment processing may involve systems outside your country (e.g., Google/Firebase and Square infrastructure). These providers describe their safeguards in their published privacy and security documentation.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve (for example, when we add shows and videos to the St. Ignatios Platform). Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
