At Ignatios Productions L.L.C., we strive to make every purchase on the St. Ignatios Platform meaningful and fair. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. No Refunds for Digital Goods
All sales of digital content—including games, downloads, and other media—are considered final once access has been granted or the file has begun downloading. This policy helps protect our small family studio and prevents abuse of instantly accessible products.
3. Exceptions for Accidental Purchases
We understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds may be considered in cases of clear accidental purchase (for example, duplicate orders or the wrong product purchased) if reported promptly and the product has not been downloaded or used.
If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@ignatiosproductions.com with your order ID and a brief explanation.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by Square. Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the same Square transaction channel and may take several business days to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy as our platform grows or legal requirements change. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
