1. Overview
Welcome to the St. Ignatios Platform, operated by Ignatios Productions L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, desktop launcher, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for individuals 13 years or older. Accounts for children should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age or have consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and Security
Accounts are managed through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your library under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, hacking, or violation of these Terms.
4. Game and Content Ownership
All games, shows, and media on the Platform are owned or licensed by Ignatios Productions L.L.C. and protected by applicable copyright laws. When you purchase or access digital content, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use that content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content outside of your own household.
5. Payments and Refunds
All transactions are securely processed by Square. We do not collect or store credit card information. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or stated otherwise by us.

6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malicious code.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or extract content from the Platform.
- Do not harass or exploit other users.
- Respect the Orthodox Christian spirit and intent of our community.
7. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue portions of the Platform at any time. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Platform and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ignatios Productions L.L.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
9. Account Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
